Dosen Jurusan Biologi FMIPA UM Abstract: This research aim to 1) knowing applying of Pattern of PBMP (Enableness Think Through Question) in TSTS method (Two Stay Two Stray) to increase student learn activity 2) knowing applying of Pattern of PBMP (Enableness Think Through Question) in TSTS method (Two Stay Two Stray) to increase result of learning student and 3) knowing the student of class of X-2 Public Senior High School 3 Malang's perception about the applying of Pattern of PBMP (Enableness Think Through Question) in TSTS method (Two Stay Two Stray). This research represent as the research of class action (Classroom Action Research) which is executed in 2 action cycles. Research subjek which is used in this research is class student of X-2 even semester school year 2008-2009 Public Senior High School 3 Malang amounting to 32 student. Result of research indicate that 1) Applying of Pattern of PBMP ( Enableness Think Through Question) in TSTS Method (Two Stay Two Stray) can improve student learn activity of first cycle to second cycle for each group and classically and also domain affective and the quality of question from students 2) Applying of Pattern of PBMP (Enableness Think Through Question) in TSTS Method (Two Stay Two Stray) can improve result learn student by minimal learn complete percentage either through individual and also classically. At first cycle, the students who can reach the minimal learn complete percentage is 75%. This amount have increased become 96,875% at second cycle.Key word : pattern of PBMP, Two Stay Two Stray method, activity learn, result learnAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui penerapan Pola PBMP (Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan) dalam metode TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray) untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, 2) mengetahui penerapan Pola PBMP (Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan) dalam metode TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan 3) mengetahui persepsi siswa kelas X-2 SMAN 3 Malang mengenai penerapan Pola PBMP (Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan) dalam metode TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus tindakan. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu siswa kelas X-2 semester genap tahun ajaran 2008-2009 SMA Negeri 3 Malang yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan Pola PBMP (Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan) dalam Metode TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II baik ditinjau dari peningkatan setiap kelompok maupun secara klasikal serta dari segi ranah afektif maupun dari segi kognitif kualitas pertanyaan siswa, 2) Penerapan Pola PBMP (Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan) dalam Metode TSTS (Two Stay Two Stray) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang diukur dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar minimal baik secara individu maupun secara klasikal. Pada siklus I, persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar minimal secara individu adalah 75% jumlah ini meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 96,875%.Kata kunci: pola PBMP, metode Two Stay Two Stray, aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar
