Noviar Darkuni, M.Si, (II)Dr. Fatchur Rohman, M.Si.Key Words : STAD, outdoor learning, motivasion, and study result.Based on observation at 29-30 January and 2-5 February 2009 in student10 grade Malang 7 senior high school, know that study activities for Biologysubject still dominate by teacher, so student be a passive in study activities. Basedon this problem, so need do experiment about applies of study that it can increasemotivasion and the result of study. One of action to repair is applies ofcooperative study method STAD outdoor learning to increase motivasion and theresult of study Biology for 10 grade student Malang 7 Senior high school.This experiment is an experiment about class activities (PTK), wich do in3 activities siklus. The experiment subject which use is student in X-3 class, evenperiod, year of 2008-2009 Malang 7 Senior high school which have 39 student.Data which get from motivasion and the result of study and support data liketeacher activities and field note. Student motivasion is measured based on averagepersentage of student study motivasion, while the result of study is measured bybased on the different score between pre test and post test also the graduatestudent in each siclus. Experiment instrument which use is exam, observationpaper of student motivasion and teacher activities and field note.The conclusion is applies cooperative study method in outdoor (outdoorlearning) increase motivasion and student result of Biology from 10 grade student,Malang 7 senior high school. Increase motivasion of study is showed by increaseof percenfage student motivasion from 43,13 % in siclus I to 65 % in siclus II thenin siclus III, increase be 73,6%. Increase of student result from the different ofaverage between pre-test and post-test, 21,67% in siclus I to 23,87% in siclus IIand increase again to 32,21% in siclus III, while the graduate of student in siklusI, 40,54% to 72,97% in siclus II, and increase again to 89,18% in siclus III.From eksperiment result is suggested that need applies and methoddevelop of cooperatve study outdoor learning as one of alternatif method toincrease motivasion and student result. So, it can increase quality process ofstudy in school.
