Keywords: Vocational Education, Learning Media Flash, Project Based Learning, Multimedia Design Multimedia Design subject is one of the fundamental and related subjects important to other subjects on 11th grade of Multimedia at SMK Negeri 12 Malang. SMK Negeri 12 Malang apply Multimedia Design subject with project learning model without special learning steps. In addition, the students do not understand the theory correctly basic competencies Color Theory and Design in Multimedia Design subject. Students just received the material from the companion media teacher without learning so that students' difficulties in understanding the material, and often work on project tasks just as their wish. Teachers also need the support of instructional media and in accordance with the Multimedia Design subject so that the learning process becomes easier and interesting. Therefore, learning media flash for subjects with Multimedia Design and Project Based Learning model of learning is necessary, so that helps teachers and students, creating an atmosphere of learning easy and interesting. This research aims to design, create, and determine the feasibility of using a flash media with Project Based Learning models for Multimedia Design subject. Research and development models used in the research development model Borg and Gall. The steps in the model development Borg and Gall, among others: (1) research and information gathering, (2) planning, (3) the initial product development, (4) the trial early stage, (5) the revision of the main product, (6 ) the main trial, (7) the revision of operational products, (8) The test operations, (9) the revision of the final product, and (10) the dissemination and implementation. The results validate the feasibility matter experts to obtain the percentage of 93.52%, the results of the first validation of media experts 71.29%, the results validate both the media expert 96.43%. The results of individual trials to obtain the percentage of 78.3%, a small group trial 87.3%, and test a large group 92.4%. The average percentage of the overall feasibility is 89.59%, based on the eligibility criteria according Sudjana (1992), the overall product instructional media declared "valid" and "without revision". Olehkarenaitu, media pembelajaran flashuntukmatapelajaranDesain Multimedia dengan model pembelajaranProject Based Learning sangatdiperlukan, sehinggamembantu guru dansiswa, menciptakansuasanabelajarmengajar yang mudahdanmenarik. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmerancang, membuat, danmengetahuikelayakanmedia pembelajarandenganflashmenggunakan model ProjectBased Learninguntuk mata pelajaran Desain Multimedia.Modelpenelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitianyaknimodel pengembangan Borg and Gall.Langkah-langkah dalam model pengembangan Borg and Gall, antara lain: (1) penelitiandanpengumpulaninformasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembanganprodukawal, (4) ujicobatahapawal, (5)revisiprodukutama, (6) ujicobautama, (7) revisiprodukoperasional, (8) Ujicobaoperasional, (9) revisiprodukakhir, dan (10) diseminasidanimplementasi. Hasilvalidasiahlimaterimemperolehpersentasekelayakan 93,52%,hasilvalidasipertamaahlimedia 71,29%, hasilvalidasikeduaahli media 96,43%. Hasilujicobaperoranganmemperolehpersentase78,3%, ujicobakelompokkecil87,3%, danujicobakelompokbesar92,4%. Rata-rata persentasekelayakansecarakeseluruhanadalah 89,59%, berdasarkankriteriakelayakanmenurutSudjana (1992), secarakeseluruhanproduk media pembelajarandinyatakan“valid”dan“tanparevisi”.
