Kata Kunci: kematangan emosi, kepuasan pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kematangan emosi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan. Jumlah penduduk usia dewasa awal yang sudah menikah di Desa Selodono Kec. Ringinrejo Kab. Kediri 1678 terdiri dari 864 pria dan 814 wanita. Sebanyak 100 orang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik proposional sampling. Ada dua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (a) Skala Kematangan Emosi dengan tingkat reliabilitas 0,872 dan (b) Skala Kepuasan Pernikahan dengan tingkat reliabilitas 0,923. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif dari 100 subjek yang diteliti menunjukkan bahwa 29 (57%) pria dan 26 (53%) wanita memiliki kematangan emosi tinggi, serta 28 (55%) pria dan 26 (53%) wanita memiliki kepuasan pernikahan tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana diperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan koefisien regresi positif. Artinya bahwa ada pengaruh positif kematangan emosi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh lima kesimpulan yaitu (1) kematangan emosi pria dalam kategori tinggi (2) kematangan emosi wanita dalam kategori tinggi (3) kepuasan pernikahan pria dalam kategori tinggi, (4) kepuasan pernikahan wanita dalam kategori tinggi (5) ada pengaruh positif kematangan emosi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada pria dan wanita. Artinya, semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan pernikahan, begitupun sebaliknya. Bagi pria dan wanita: diharapkan dapat lebih sering menghabiskan waktu bersama pasangan, berusaha tidak meledakkan emosinya secara berlebihan, berusaha memahami emosi diri dan tidak gegabah dalam merespon situasi yang dihadapi. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya: diharapkan untuk memperbanyak jumlah aitem, berusaha meminimalisir terjadinya ketaatan sosial (social desirability), memperluas lokasi penelitian dan menggunakan faktor lain. Keywords: emotional maturity, marital satisfaction The purpose of this research was to identify the influence of emotional maturity to the marital satisfaction. The population of early adulthood married in the village of Selodono District Ringinrejo Kab. Kediri 1678 consists of 814 male and 864 female. As many as 100 people used as research samples with the technique of propotional sampling. There are two instruments used in this research are (a) the scale of the Emotional Maturity with a level of reliability 0.872 and (b) the scale of Marital Satisfaction with the level of reliability 0.923. The analysis used are descriptive analysis of simple regression. A descriptive analysis of the results of the 100 subjects examined show that 29 male (57%) and 26 female (53%) have the high emotional maturity, as well as 28 male (55%) and 26 female (53%) have the high marital satisfaction. Hypothesis test results using simple regression obtained significance of positive regression coefficient with 0.000. It means that there is a positive influence emotional maturity to the marital satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained five conclusions, namely (1) the emotional maturity of the male in the high category (2) the emotional maturity of the female in the high category (3) the marital satisfaction of the male in the high category (4) the marital satisfaction of the female in the high category (5) there is a positive influence of emotional maturity to the marital satisfaction on male and female. That is, the higher the emotional maturity of the higher of marital satisfaction, as well as vice versa. For male and female: expected to be more often spending time with spouses, trying not to blow up his emotions in excess, trying to understand the emotions of oneself and not rashly in responding to the situation at hand. For the next researcher: expeted to multiply the number aitem, trying to minimize the occurance of observance of social (social desirability), expand the location of research and use other factors.
