- Government's policy in increasing oil price in one side may lessen National Budget (APBN) burden; however in another one may greatly influence the condition of Indonesian macro-economy for instance: (1) Rising inflation level that results high number of unemployment; and (2) Slackening Indonesian economic development. Therefore various policies are required to anticipate adverse effect from increasing oil price, namely (I) Reviewing oil price decision method in the future; (2) Government's serious attempt to overcome unemployment; (3) Upholding export progress; (4) Providing tax discount to arouse industry and trading sectors; and (5) Reforming the policy outside of the one of macro-economy variable.
