Pengaruh Pemberian Nikotin Secara Subkutan Terhadap Motilitas, Viabilitas, dan Integritas Membran Spermatozoa Mencit (Mus musculus)
Daftar Isi:
- This study was to investigated the effect of subccutaneous injection of nicotine on spermatozoa motility, viability, and membrane integrity of mices (Mus musculus). 20 mices age 3 months old divided to four groups. Group K as control treated with NaCl 0,9% 2,5 mg/kgBW. P1 treated with 2,5 mg/kgBW nicotine. P2 treated with 5 mg/kgBW nicotine. P3 treated with 10mg/kgBW. Each treatment given subcutaneous injection for 35 days. Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variances (ANOVA), and further analyzed with Duncan’s multiple range. The result of subcutaneous injection on sperm motility, viability, and membrane permebility showed significant differences (p<0,05) between group K, P1, P2, and P3. The conclusion that subcutaneous injection of nicotine can reduce sperm motility, viability, and membrane permeability.
