Supplementation ingredients are added with diluent media that can minimize spermatozoa damage due to the freezing process. One of the supplementation materials that can be used in a frozen semen mixture is tyrosine kinase. In this study using merino sheep divided into two groups consisting of a control group (P0): Semen Merino sheep 0.4 ml + Diluent Egg Yolk Diluter A 1.1 ml + 1.5 ml diluter B and 1.5 ml diluter group (P1) : Merino sheep semen 0,4 ml + diluted egg yolk diluent A 1.1 ml + diluter B 1.4 ml + crude protein isolate tyrosine kinase 0.1 ml diluter in 50 mg / ml with a concentration of 1.597 mg / ml. After approving the tyrosine kinase crude protein isolate, the equilibration process was carried out at 5 ° C for 1 hour and continued filling 0.25 ml in the straw and sealing or closing the straw. In this study, it was expected that the expected isolate of crude protein tyrosine kinase with a contribution of 1,597 mg / ml in the Skim Egg Yolk diluent could improve the quality of spermatozoa of Merino sheep after thawing.
