Identifikasi Anisakidae Pada Ikan Kakap Merah (Lutjanus Malabaricus) Di Perairan Jawa Timur
Daftar Isi:
- Anisakiosis defines human infections caused by larval anisakids belonging to the nematode family Anisakidae. The aim of this research is to identify species of larval anisakids using sequencing method. Three samples of third-stage larva of Anisakidae were collected from 46 red snappers which has characteristic brownish-red colour, a booring tooth on the anterior, a simple digestive tract of the esophagus, ventriculus, small intestine, and absence of mucron in the posterior, which determined that three were Contracaecum sp and another three samples which has characteristic white colour, a booring tooth on the anterior, a simple digestive tract of the esophagus, ventriculus, small intestine, and presence of mucron in the posterior were Anisakis sp. Specific primers of the mtDNA COX2 gene (211F and 210R) were used for DNA amplification with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with length 629 bp. The conclusion of this study is the test results with PCR for the 3 samples (KM1) observed are Contracaecum sp. and 3 other samples (KM2) are Anisakis sp. that are isolated from red snapper from TPI Brondong Lamongan and TPI Tuban and PCR techniques can be used to identify parasites Anisakidae in East Java waters.
