- The aim of this research is to identify the nematodes Secernentea in the gastrointestinal tract in the Ptyas korros snake that will be traded to the restaurant in the area Sidoarjo, East Java. This research was taken from July to August 2019. This research uses descriptive methods through observational studies. Samples of the research using Ptyas korros Snake obtained from the collector of snake traders in the area Sidoarjo, East Java. The nematodes Secernentea test uses the Semichen-acetic Carmine method, and is analytic in its distinctive form using the camera lucida. A total of 20 snakes of Ptyas korros were used in this research. The identification of nematodes Secernentea was conducted in the Parasitology laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Airlangga University. The results showed that 17 out of 20 snakes (85%) had two types of parasites nematodes secernentea on the digestive tract, Kalicephalus sp (75%) and the Tangua tiara sp (10%). The conclusion of this research suggests the found nematodes Secernentea, namely Kalicephalus sp and Tangua tiara sp on Ptyas korros snake. This is the first report of nematoda class secernentea in Ptyas korros snake in Indonesia
