  • Aspergillus salwaensis DTO297C1, an endophytic fungi that the ethyl acetate extract showed antimicrobial activity against S.aureus, B.subtilis, E.coli and Candida albicans. Purification was conducted using column chromatography, subfractions which were obtained then analyzed by GC-FID and GC-MS. The chemical contents were identified as hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, methyl linolelaidate, methyl elaidate, 7-octadecenoic acid methyl ester, methyl stearate, 11-octadecenoic acid methyl ester, vanlube 81, methyl ricinoleate, 2- ethylhexyl ester 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid, 1-chloro-octadecane, heptadecane, pentacosane, heneicosane, tricosane, tetracosane, hexadecane, hexacosane, squalene, 13-docosenamide (Z), 2,4-dihydroxy-3- methylacetophenone, penicillic acid, monoelaidin, dibutyl phthalate, and di-noctyl phthalate.
