- This paper seeks to identify the linkages between the traditional concept of legal education based on affiliation of legal system and the rase of global market forces. it argues that the method of legal education should be changed to accommodate the need of globalize era where indicated by rise of tree flow of trained legal professions. The pattern is particularly pronounced in the mooring court competitions where the participants are the law students over the word. The champions of these competitions are very are come from civil law developing countries. This paper considers the prospects for new forms of legal education, especially in Indonesia, that can be used anticipate for the forthcoming ASEAN community in 2015 as well as the global market forces. It is necessary therefore for legal education to have curriculum inserted other legal traditions and provide students with international legal training experience. This Indonesian "Graduated not only as professional jurist bu also be able to work in the increasingly commerciallzed and globalized profession of law.
