The aim of this research was to know the number of total bacteria in cow’s milk of Nedyo Rahayu Dairy Cattle Farming Group. All of totally 18 samples of cows milk from 9 farms were collected twice daily on the milking time during June to July 2019. The milk samples were than tested for alcohol test using Alcohol 70% and Total Plate Count (TPC). The result showed that all of the samples (100%) were alcohol negative, and gave Total Plate Count (TPC) value averages of 5.0 x 104 CFU/ml in the morning and 3.7 x 104 CFU/ml in the afternoon. It can be concluded that all of the milk’s samples met the National Standard of Indonesian (SNI 3141.1:2011) for TPC maximum 1.0 x 106 and negative alcohol test.
