Daftar Isi:
- This research aims to identify the type A influenza virus with 2009 Pandemic H1N1 subtypes using ii-PCR (Insulated Isothermal - Polymerase Chain Reaction) method. This research was located in PADIA LAB (PNF Animal Diagnostic Laboratory) Surabaya. This research was conducted in January 2019 - April 2019. This research using 104 bat samples (Pteropus sp) in the Indonesian Archipelago such as Riau Islands, Bawean Island, West Sumatra (Agam), and West Kalimantan (Pontianak). The sample was necropsied and the respiratory organ (trachea and lungs) taken for preparation. The prepared samples were then inoculated on 9-11 days age embrionated chicken eggs. After four days the allantois incubation period is ready for harvested. The first method used for this study was the Hemagglutination (HA) test then continued using the ii-PCR method. There are four positive samples on the HA test out of 104 samples of bats in the Indonesian Archipelago. Followed by the II-PCR test with Influenza A Premix and confirmed there were four positive samples
