PENGARUH PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera Lam) TERHADAP GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI ORGAN TESTIS TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus norvegicus) JANTAN YANG DIPAPAR SUHU PANAS

- The aim of this research was to investigate the benefits of Moringa oleifera Lam leaves extract administration on histophatological changes of rat (Rattus norvegicus) testes induced by high temperature. Twenty five male rats, 2- 3 months old and 200g body weights were used. These animals were divided into five groups and each groups contains five rats. K- were treated with Na-CMC 1% 1ml, K+ were treated with Na-CMC 1ml and induced by high temperature (400C for one hour), P1, P2, and P3 (100, 200, and 400 mg/kg bw Moringa oleifera leaves extract) were induced by high temperature (400C for one hour). This research has been carried on 14 days. The data were compared using Kruskal- Wallis and Mann-Whitney test by SPSS for windows. The result showed there was significant difference (p<0,05) among treatment groups. The conclusion of this research is Moringa oleifera leaves extract 400mg/kg bw/day could prevent the damage of histophatological changes of rat testes due to induced high temperature.
