- This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Job Insecurity on Task Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour with Organizational Identification as an intervening variable and Psychological Capital as a moderating variable at PT. X in Surabaya. The population of this study consisted of 423 employees of PT. X in Surabaya. The study sample consisted of 206 employees and 18 managers of PT. X in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is direct influence test analysis and moderation with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that Job Insecurity had no significant effect on the Task Performance, Job Insecurity had a significant negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Insecurity had a significant negative effect on Organizational Identification, Organizational Identification had a significant positive effect on Task Performance, Organizational Identification had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Organizational Identification mediates the influence of Job Insecurity on the Task Performance, Organizational Identification mediates the effect of Job Insecurity on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, The effect of Job Insecurity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not moderated by the Psychological Capital, Psychological Capital moderate the influence of Job Insecurity on Task Performance.
