- This researc departs from assumption that at recent family planning program has been succesful. This is proven by the eligible couples (ELCOS) practicing contraception and the decreasing birth rales. But in Indonesia Demography and HeaHh survey it reported that the unmet need of contraseption. Its parameters are married fertile-age women don't want to have baby anymore or space their subsequent birth rates for two years ago but dont use contraception.
