- Pre-marital education is a mandatory activity that must be done by all couples before marriage in Surabaya. The implementation of pre-marital education conducted at Puskesmas in accordance with the schedule that has been determined. The aim of this research was to analyzed factor which correlate with couples satisfaction who follow pre-marital education. Method: This was correlational research with cross-sectional approach. The population were couple at Puskesmas Pacar Keling and Rangkah. Sample was taken by using consecutive sampling technique within 1 month, and 151 couples were involved. The independent variables were product, people, process, and place factors. The dependent variable were couple satisfaction. Data were collected by using questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using spearmen statistic test with α ≤0,05. Result: The result had showed that product has weak positive correlation with couple satisfaction (p = 0,000; r = 0.303). People has medium positive correlation with couple satisfaction (p = 0,000; r= 0,492). Process has medium positive correlation with couple satisfaction (p = 0,000; r = 0, 480). Place has medium positive correlation with couple satisfaction (p = 0,000; r = 0,504). Discussion: Product, people, process, and place are the factor that can collected the satisfaction of couple who follows pre-marital education in Surabaya. Thus it is expected that health workers can provide quality pre-marital education in order to realize the purpose of pre-marrital education.
