- Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by bacteria. Lung TB's control efforts with DOTS was applied in several countries. Beside of DOTS, self efficacy is the most important factor in pulmonary TB's controlling. Self efficacy is self confidence to manage certain behaviors to achieve healing. Self efficacy influenced by performance accomplishment, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and physiological information. This study aimed to analyze the relation of performance accomplishment, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and physiological information with self efficacy of people with lung tb in health center. Method: this study uses descriptive analytics cross sectional design with 99 person as sample qualified using total sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed using spearman's rho with significant value α<0,05. Result :The result of this study showed that the correlation coefficient value of performance accomplishment and self efficacy was r = 0,084 with α 0,000. Vicarious experience and self efficacy was r = 0,632 with α 0,000. Verbal persuasion and self efficacy was r = 0,676 with α 0,000 and the result of correlation coefficient of physological information and self efficacy was 0,750 with α 0,000. Discussion:Performance accomplishment, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and physiological infromation affecting self efficacy. Further study should concern about the dominant factors that can influence self efficacy
