- This study is designed for learning factors influence consumers' behavior in buying commercial that cars of category I in the region of Ujung Pandang Municipality. In this study we used four (4) variables as independent ones, those were: 1) social class: 2) family; 3) reference group; and 4) advertisment. And the social class indicators are education, income, and type of occupation.
