- Constitutional regulations that govern BOT have so far not been specifically stipulated and consisted of various regulations that govern their respective components. Regulations of construction law that are more general in nature found in the Act of Construction Services number 18 year 1999. Based on various constitutional stipulations and regulations as well as principle of freedom to make contract, thus parties can cast their aspirations and formulate their agreement into a contract. Due to really there have no been regulations that specifically regulate BOT, therefore, the BOT contract making must not contradict or violate the existing stipulations.
