- The result of this research shows that there is a shift in heriting principle. The heritance problems have made concord and family principles faded. Meanwhile, deliberation principle can not be preserved any longer since, there is a shift in dispute inheritance object. The conclusion of this research is, there is a changing in values which are living in society have affected the way of thinking of adat society. Consequently, the strenght of structure can not be based on culture any more.
