- The aim of this study is to find out the influence of addition fructose in diluter skim milk to endure of motility and viability spermatozoa muscovy duck. The semen of male muscovy duck of 1,5 years old was collected and divided into three parts equally, then was diluted with skim milk 10% P1, P2, P3 was added with 5%, 7,5%, and 10% of fructose respectively. This collection was done twice a week for 7 times. The data were analyzed using two—way ANOVA (factorial)and continued with Tukc’y HSD-Test. The results show that addition of fructose 7,5% in diluter skim milk can improve motility and viability spermatozoa of muscovy duck. Keywords: Muscovy duck, spermatozoa, fructose, motility, viability
