- The objective of this researh was to know of the cleavage of goat embryos on medium capacitation after addition of insulin Like Growth Factor — I protein from seminal plasm. This research consisted of two phases. The first phase was explorative laboratory experiment concerned with identification and isolation of protein. The second phase concerned supplementation protein on medium capacitation. First tube supplementation by Bracket and Oliphant (BO) medium and then supplemented to sperm post centrifugation. Second tube supplementation by Bracket and Oliphant(BO) + Insulin Like Growth Factor-I and then supplemented to sperm post centrifugated. The result of this research to show there were significantly different (p<O,O5) of the percentage of cleavage embryos. Key word: IGF-I protein, capacitation, cleavage embryos
