- The profile of the anti prolactine as anti moulting could be showed with Indirect Elisa methode. The anti prolactine was made on goat with immunized the prolactine isolate frequently from the moulting phase of duck in CFA dilution and was boostered 13 times in IFA dilution. The immunization was done every week until 14 week. The bleeding was done one day before immunized as preimun and 23 times after first immunized. The result of the Optical Density from the anti prolactine with indirect elisa methode that the anti prolactine start rise on first bleeding (2 week after first immunized in CFA dilution). The average hightest of the optical density was reached from the anti prolactirae on bleeding 17th (1,00467 ± 0,471 12). Keywords: Anti prolactinc, anti moulting, duck, indirect elisa.
