  • The aim of this research was to find of vaccine capacity to protection Layer from Avian Influenza viruses. That seen in antibody capacity to netralization viruses with Serum Neutralization Test (SNT). Serum sample used was 30. Sample of the study was taken through several phases, namely: 1. Titration of Virus used Egg Infectious Dose 50 (EID50); 2. Identification and Titration of Antibodies used Haemaglutination Inhibition Test (HI Test); 3. Serum Neutralization Test (SNT). Using Reed and Muench methods, the result of the study on Egg Infectious Dose 50 (EID50) test was 2 x 108,6 EID50/ml. Titer antibodies from X and Y vaccine HI test showed one highest that is 27 and the calculation from SNT result that (X8) it was 1 : 6 and on vaccine (Y7) it was 1 : 6, that are capable of neutralizing H5N1 viruses. It showed that vaccine X as well as with vaccine Y, which showed the same result on index neutralization.
