- Since Indonesia is a developing country, learning foreign langauages is a necessity for Indonesian citizens. Therefore, the numbers of people who are interested in learning foreign langauges are increasing, especially in learning English. English as an international language has important roles to the Indonesia education development. In order to make the citizens easier to learn English, Indonesia government provides non-formal institutions focusing in English learning especially for children. One of them is Pusat Bahasa, Universitas Airlangga.
