- Unsafe actions is a human failure in taking unsafe position or improper attitude, it’s done by employees and potential to cause an accidents. The background of unsafe action at bean curd is come from by lack of knowledge and tiredness. The objective of this research is to study unsafe action, knowledge, and tiredness complaint of employees during work in Bean Curd Home Industry Edwinco. This research was a descriptive with survey approach. Dependent variable of this research was unsafe action did by employees while independent variable were knowledge and tiredness complaint. Data were collected by questionnaires respondent knowledge and tiredness complaint, observation and check list unsafe action and PPE using, interviews with factory owners. Respondent were 13 employees in Bean Curd Home Industry Edwinco. Result showed (92,3%) respondents experience tiredness complaint. These complaint were much felt in respondent who did unsafe action with moving load in fault position (100%), (92,3%) respondents were used the dirty machine, (61,5%) standing and sitting near the potential hazards by big skillet, (38,5%) put things at the improper place, and (7,7%) respondents were played and not serious in work. Lack of knowledge about safety action (69,2%). It is recommended that factory owner make job procedure and regulations in industry for work with safety. The employee are provided adequate rest will be more restore the immune system in order to avoid pain.
