- Cooperation Affairs Bureau is the entry point for foreign countries that wants to cooperate with the Government of East Java, especially in trade, tourism, investment, social and culture. This bureau has several duties, such as preparing the policies, coordinating the roles and the functions, monitoring and evaluating all the programs, also holding technical guidance, administrative and resource in cooperation home affairs, foreign affairs and institution relation and evaluating and controlling all the cooperation.
