- The purpose of this research aimed to identify and determine the Fasciola gigantica that found in Limousin Crossbreed Cattle. A total of 100 fresh faeces samples were taken from Pegirian Slaughterhouse Surabaya and the identification was conducted in Laboratory of Parasitology, Universitas Airlangga by, sedimentation method for the identification, and Lucient Brumpt counting method for EPG count. Fasciola gigantica egg found in Limousin Crossbreed Cattle faeces was 6 % and the faecal EPG was 910. The result of this research showed that Fasciola gigantica infestation are found in Limousin Crossbreed Cattle in Pegirian Slaughterhouse Surabaya with low amount and mild infestation degree
