- The aim of this research was to determine of serologic study of Newcastle Disease infected in duck (Anas javanicus) slaughtered in East Surabaya Traditional Market. This research was conducted from December 2018 until January 2019. Totally of 122 samples were taken from four traditional market in East Surabaya. Haemagglutination Inhibition (HI) assay was used to determine positive result with antibody titer of 4 or more. The samples for HI assay were collected from duck sera that have been treated with chicken red blood cell. The result showed 13 (10,66 %) from 122 samples were positive ND.
