  • This research was performed to discover the effect of cattle rument digesta meal substitution fermented by probiotic on productivity in Mojosari Ducks. Method that used in this research was completely randomized design. This research used 20 layer Mojosari ducks aged 24 weeks old, divided into four treatments with five replications. The dose of rument content meal in P1 was 5%, P2 was 10%, and P3 was 15% and fermented by probiotic (BioMc4) in each of those treatments. This research were conducted for 7 weeks, with a week of adaptation and six weeks of treatments. The obtained data was analyzed by using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) factorial, if analyze result showed significant different, than it will be continued by using Duncan Multiple Range Test. The result of this resesarch show that there was no significant result (p>0,05) thowed in feed consumption. Significant difference (p<0,05) in egg production, feed conversion and egg weight. It could be concluded that fermentated of rumen content meal subtitution did not cause a negative effect in feed consumption with a 5% substitution dose of cattle rument digesta meal, egg production, and feed conversion in layer ducks.
