- The research was conducted to determine the spermatozoa motility and viability endurance from Boer goat semen in skim milk with egg yolk diluter added with speccified glucose levels. Glucose level used were 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4%. This study used three years old Boer goat. Semen inspection was done every 1 day, 2 day and 3 day. The data obtained was analyzed with the analysis of variance one way ANOVA. Highest result in motility this research was showed at 2 day with 62,68% value in glucose 2% treatment and 3 day with 48,36% value.The lowest result showed in glucose 0% treatment at 2 day and glucose 0% at 3 day.Highest result in viability showed at 2 day with 63,27% valuein glucose 2% treatment and 3 day with 55,98% value.The lowest result in viability showed on glucose 0% treatment with 60,83% value at 2 day and 51,23% value at 3 day.
