  • The findings of this study indicate that the intervening variables namely motivation and commitment have a ignificant effect on endogenous variables, namely the performance of LAZNAS employees Nurul Hayat City of Surabaya, and exogenous variables on the level of religiosity have a significant effect on motivation and commitment intervening variables but have no significant effect on endogenous variable performance of LAZNAS employees Nurul Hayat City of Surabaya. Suggestions for further research are expected to increase the scope of research subjects with the same characteristics of respondents
