- The results of this study are that the performance of the Regency or City governments in East Java as a whole has not yet reached an efficient condition. However, there are three (3) regions that experienced an increase in TFPC values, namely Lamongan Regency, Pamekasan Regency, and Malang City. Meanwhile, Jombang Regency had TFPC value stagnation and another regions decreased.
