- The conclusion of this study is that the perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and cues to action have an influence on the use of safety helmet. It is better to conduct a socialization and give a sticker to explain the benefits of using safety helmet so that workers will have better understanding of the importance of using safety helmets. It is better to give a poster and socialization for workers that using safety helmets will not disturb their work. It is better for the foremen to be more often supervising the workers in term of the use of safety helmets and always remind them to use safety helmets when they work in the project area and provide the contractor safety management system (CSMS) to the sub-contractor that provides workers.
