- The development of technology and the internet is sophisticatedand it has a positive impact on those who can use it, such as online games. The current phenomenon is developers or platforms of online game applications often hold tournaments and those who participate in the tournament are known as E-sports. Therefore, this is used by companies that are generally in the form of CVs to hire and pay wages to the E-sports.Thus, it is necessary to analyze if the relationship between E-sports and entrepreneur of CV employers is a working relationship that is regulated in Law no. 13 in 2003 regarding employment and how the resolution overa dispute which occurs between E-sports and entrepreneur of CV employers
