- This treatment and test apply to 100 sample egg from 5 different market. At the end of the research, from the results of the biochemical test show that from 100 sample eggs from 5 different market 4 samples show positive sign of Salmonella sp. and the other 96 samples show negative result of Salmonella sp. contamination. This 4 positive sample was from Jojoran Market, Karang Menjangan Market and Keputran market which 1 positive sample from Jojoran and Karang Menjangan Market and 2 positive samples from Keputran Market.
