- The aim of this research is to know the effect of cigarette smoke exposure to gestation period of Mus musculus. Experimental animal used were 20 female mice 2- 3 month were divided randomly into two group treatment (n=10). P0 as a control group, without exposure treatment, and P1 was treated with cigarette smoke. All mice were mated monogamously and vaginal plug was examined. All mice in P1 were exposed to cigarette smoke during gestation period (±21 days). Data recording was conducted post partum. The results of the data recording were statistically analyzed. Base on the result of the statistically analyzed showed that there were significantly different result of gestation period in the treatment group.
