- Fast development in information and technology sector brings changes in students’ knowledge and attitude toward sexual behavior. This research aimed to identify the relationship between knowledge and attitude related reproductive health and sexual behavior of students at X study program in Faculty of Medicine University of X. This was a mixed method research with analytical design using cross sectional and descriptive qualitative approach. Samples were collected using stratified random sampling, resulted in 88 respondents from total population of 389 students. There were 10 respondents retrieved as qualitative respondents. The data was analyzed using Chi Square test from SPSS with significance value at 0.05. Qualitative data was processed using thematic approach. Results showed in p value of 0.003 (ρ<0,05) for relationship between reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior and p value of 0.000 (ρ<0,05) for relationship between reproductive health attitude and sexual behavior. From data results, it can be concluded that there was significant relationship between knowledge and attitude related to reproductive health with students’ sexual behaviors.
