- The aim of this research was to determine the presence of Newcastle Disease antibody titre of Kampong chickens slaughtered at slaughterplaces in Nganjuk district, East Java. This research was conducted from May until June 2018. Totally of 122 Kampong chicken’s sera slaughtered at poultry slaughterplaces in poultry live market in Nganjuk and Kertosono were screened for NDV antibody using Haemagglutination Inhibition (HI) test. The result showed that seropositive rate of NDV antibody was detected in 11 (9,09 %) of the sera, which included nine sera from Nganjuk and three sera from Kertosono poultry slaughterplaces.
