- Oxidative stress as a result of high glucose in the blood causes an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants in the body. High levels of MDA (Malondialdehide) and low SOD (Superokside Dismutase) level as a marker of oxidative stress. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of giving jujube leaves on blood glucose, Malondialdehide (MDA), and Superokside Dismutase (SOD) level. The type of this research is true experimental with post-test control group design. Psychological stress Exposure is given to rat by altering reverse sleep-watch patterns in rat. The jujube leaves brewed are given in sonde after stress exposure is given, by dosages 3,94 gram, 7,88 gram, and 15,77 gram. The results of this study indicate that there were differences in blood glucose levels, MDA, and SOD in the normal control group compared to the stress control group, significant (p <0.05). Blood glucose levels, MDA, and SOD in the stress control group with the treatment group showed significant differences (p. <0.05). Blood glucose levels, MDA, and SOD level were changed after being given jujube leaves brewed, which can be caused by flavonoids. While the difference dosages give the difference result to blood glucose, MDA, and SOD. The result of this study concluded that blood glucose, MDA, and SOD level in wistar strain rat exposed to psychological stress changes after being given jujube leaves brewed that could be caused by the content of flavonoids in it. Therefore, it will recommended to consume jujube leaves brewed with the minimum dosage, that isi 8 grams / 250 ml as much as four times a day to prevent high blood glucose and MDA and to increase the level of SOD
