- The aim of this study was to known the effect of laserpuncture shooting on the growth point of male Mojosari duck to the growth rate. Duck acupuncture point which used to be fired were hu-men, bei-ji, gou-hou dan wei-gen with one shot interval every six day. The study was conducted in November to Desember 2017. This research used 18 male Mojosari ducks aged one day and it was treated by laserpuncture stimulation. It was classified into three treatments : 0 Joule (P0) as control, the treatment group with dose 0,2 Joule (P1) and the treatment group with dose 0,4 Joule (P2). Data analysis used Manova (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) test with SPSS 23 for windows. Statistical comparison between P0, P1 and P3 showed there was no significant on growth rate (p ˃ 0,05). Laserpuncture had no effect for growth gain rate of male Mojosari duck. The duck has been stable to laserpuncture.
