  • The aim of this research was to identify the histopathological changes of broiler chicken liver induced by chronic heat stress. Twenty broiler chickens were raised untill three weeks of age then dividen into two groups. Group one was a control group (P0) where ten broiler chickens were raised by standardized husbandry ambient temperature 24- 28 and humadity 40- 55% and group two was experimental group (P1) where ten broilers chickens were induced by heat stress with ambient temperature 36- 40 and humadity 45- 65%. These procedures were done for three weeks. After that, the author made histopathological slide preparations of liver to identify the canges including congestion, inflammatory cells infiltration. After the datas were collected, it is known that the experimental group that was induced by heat stress showed significant difference (p< 0.05) to the control group that was not induced by chronic heat stress with histopatological changes includes congestion, inflammatory cells infiltration, necrosis, and degeneration on the histopatological preparation of broiler chicken liver.
