- The increase in the number of inhabitants is in the growing needs where one of these basic types of needs is related to the need for a decent shelter. According to BPS data through the book Projection Population of Indonesia, the population of East Java in 2016 which is Islamic estimated 39,657,788 people from the total population of 41,981,892 inhabitants. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence consumer purchasing decision sharia consumer in East Java. The design of this research using exploratory factor analysis approach. The population used in this study is the consumer of sharia housing in East Java. The sample of this study consists of 100 people who buy sharia housing in East Java. The sample of this study was taken using accidental sampling technique. The data of this study were collected using questionnaires. The results showed there were six factors that formed. That is factor of quality, factor of religiosity, payment factor, administration process factor, comfort factor, and facility factor. Indicator with highest factor loading value is owned by quality factor, that is with value 0,907. Indicator with lowest factor loading value is owned by religiosity factor, that is with value 0,590. Indicator with the highest loading value obtained from factor rotation calculation is X-18 indicator on quality factor that is quality and quantity of house building not reduced by developer. This indicates that every indicator of all factors formed from consumer decisions directly or not always pay attention to quality factor when making purchasing decisions on sharia housing
