- The aim of this study was to the description of Newcastel Disease virus based in amino acid gen fusion protein from field isolate. The sample consists of organ scour from pigeon bird and domestic chicken. The samples then being test used One Step RT-PCR with primer forward and reverse with target 976 bp. The sample which is Nd positive continue with amino acid analyze use software bioedit vers 8.0. sequence nucleotide analyze define that amio acid motive multibasic in clavege site protein. This proven that one isolate from chicken and pigeon bird and 10 from genbank had motive (112 STTKGF 117) while isolate from chicken (112 STTKGF 117).
