- This study was designed to researching at changes in histopathologic images of hepatic mice that had been vaccinated against Brucella abortus strain RB51 and infected by Brucella suis. This study used a sample of 18 males (Mus Musculus) males aged 8 weeks and divided into 3 treatment groups, P0 +, P0-,and P then to assess the degree of liver damage as a result of treatment performed on hepatic scores using modification method Knodell (2007 ) who got the presentation of the scoring result from each treatment. The results of this study were the Brucella abortus strain RB51 vaccine did not decrease the number of hepatic necrosis cells of mice (Mus musculus) that had been infected by Brucella suis. And Brucella abortus strain RB51 vaccine does not decrease the occurrence of hepatic fibrosis of mice (Mus musculus) that have been infected by Brucella suis.
