- In Islamic law there is a legal order called Wakaf. In the perspective of the legal system of General Law / Anglo Saxon / Anglo America, known institution similar to wakaf, namely charitabletrust. This is done in terms of its purpose there is a similarity between charity with wakaf, that is the common goal to do charity or charity for the benefit of society or public. In addition to wakaf there are other religious bodies, namely infa channeling agencies, zakat and shadaqah or Badan Amil Zakat, Infak and Shadaqah (BAZIS) which also in principle acts as a charity trustee with beneficiaries are certain people, the poor and children orphaned Waqaf is one of the tenure rights over land, besides the right of other land ownership. Wakaf institution, then accepted and become part of positive law in Indonesia, namely in the field of law of agriculture
