  • Background: Cervical cancer is the most common cancer that attack women in the world. Objective: This research is aimed to find the clinical profile of cervical cancer patients in RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya within 2014. Method: This research is an observational – descriptive research. The data collection of this research is total sampling of cervical cancer patients in RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya in 2014. Result: In this research, there are 847 patients of cervical cancer patients in RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya in 2014. The stage IIIA - IIIB is the most suffered stage by cervical cancer patients, that is 571 patients (68%). The cervical patients on each stadium need different therapy based on the type of cancer, age of patients, general condition of the patients and the willingness to have children. Conclusion: Patients who suffer the most based on the age group are 50 – 59 years old, while based on the stadium are IIIA – IIIB. There are many factors why there are many patients in advanced stage, like the compliance of taking the therapy and the access to the health center
