- This study has been conducted vaginal cytology samples and body temperature of 60 sheeps before artificial insemination in Candi district in Sidoarjo, showed 25 pregnant sheep with 32.8% percentage and 35 sheep are not pregnant with 67.2 % percentage . Statistical analysis Regression Trees for the sheep show a direct effect on pregnancy, but the more influence the temperature of the body and sheep estrus cycle. On the results of statistical analysis show that sheep Regression Trees have an average body temperature of 39 ° C - 39.5 ° C on the estrus phase, the phase of proestrus has an average temperature of 38 ° C – 39 ° C, and in diestrus phase has an average temperature of 39, 2 ° C - 39,5 ° C. Result of this research, pregnancy mostly in estrus phase and not pregnancy on diestrus phase with percentage 32.8 % and the percentage of not pregnancy 67.2 %.
