  • The aim of this study was to explore potency of Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus rhamnosus probiotics addition in feed for broilers. This measured parameters were the weight gain and carcass percentage. The experiment animals were eighteen male DOC broilers strain CP707, devided into three treatments. Three treatments were, P0 as a control was feed without mixtured of Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, P1 was feed + Lactobacillus casei 0,25% + Lactobacillus rhamnosus 0,25%, P2 was feed + Lactobacillus casei 0,5% + Lactobacillus rhamnosus 0,5%. The experimental was used completely randomized design with three treatmens and six replications. The data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Method with significant value 5%. Then, the analysis was cotinued with The Duncan’s Multiple Range Test method if there were differences among the treatments. The result of weight gain showed that the highest result was P2 treatment and the lowest result was P0 treatment (control). The result of carcass percentage showed that P2 and P1 were showed equally good result when compare to control. The conclusion of this study showed that the effect of Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus rhamnosus probiotics addition in feed were increase to weight gain and carcass percentage of broilers.
